Karnataka’s first two-day wheelchair cricket workshop and training camp welcomed 100 men and women players and supported the formation of the state’s first women’s team.

Wheelchair Cricket Workshops & Training Camps · 2023
Organized Karnataka’s first two-day wheelchair cricket workshop and training camp for men and women at Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru, with 100 players participating.

Karnataka’s First Women’s Wheelchair Cricket Team · 2023
Successfully formed Karnataka’s first women’s wheelchair cricket team, inspiring greater participation and creating opportunities for more than 45 women para athletes.

Sumadhura Cup — Karnataka A vs Karnataka B · 2024
Successfully hosted a wheelchair cricket Test Match between Karnataka A and Karnataka B under the Sumadhura Cup, with more than 50 men para athletes participating.

Women’s Wheelchair Cricket T10 Matches · 2024
Organized T10 matches for Karnataka’s newly formed women’s wheelchair cricket team, advancing women’s para-cricket and creating competitive opportunities for more than 45 athletes.

Organized at Chamundeshwari Playground, Jayanagara, with support from Puravankara.

1st Karnataka Short Course Para Swimming Championship 2025
Conducted at Basavanagudi Aquatic Centre, Bengaluru, in collaboration with Puravankara CSR.

Launched a dedicated training and competition programme with Puravankara to expand para-badminton participation.

Para Sports Training Camps Across Karnataka · 2025
Organized multiple training camps for persons with disabilities across Karnataka, focusing on skill development and competitive pathways in different para-sports.

Simply Periods Workshop for Para Women Athletes · 2025
Collaborated with Simply Periods to conduct a menstrual health and hygiene workshop for para women athletes, supporting an important aspect of their health and well-being.

Sitting Volleyball Championship 2024
Karnataka secured a bronze medal at the 12th Senior Men & Women Sitting Volleyball Championship.

Indian Open Para-Athletics 2024
Academy athletes won gold and bronze medals at the 6th Indian Open Para-Athletics International Championships.

20 National & 5 International Athletes · 2025
The Academy has developed 20 para athletes who represented Karnataka at national competitions and five athletes who competed internationally. Academy athletes also won gold and bronze medals at the 6th Indian Open Para-Athletics International Championships 2024.

National Wheelchair Cricket Championship 2026
Organized at Aditya Global Cricket Academy, Bengaluru, from 14–18 March 2026 with 10 state teams and 120 para athletes.

Four Parishrama Athletes Represented India
Four athletes from Parishrama Divyang Sports Academy represented the Indian Wheelchair Cricket Team in the Tri-Series against Sri Lanka, showcasing their talent at the international level.

Environmental Initiative · 2025
Parishrama Divyang Sports Academy conducted an environmental initiative at its training location and planted approximately 100 trees with athletes, supporters and community members.
